Who we are

Care Connection is operated by AI Workbench Solutions (“we”, “us”). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Details you give us in an enquiry form: your name, organisation, work email, role, area of interest and any message.
• How you reached the site, such as a campaign tag or the referring website.
• Anonymous usage statistics about pages visited, collected with our self-hosted analytics.

We do not ask for health information or resident records through this website. Please do not include them in a message.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, demonstration or pilot, and keep a record of that relationship. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system, hosted on servers we manage. Website analytics run on our own Matomo server, not a third-party advertising platform. Our systems are protected with access controls and encrypted connections.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with people who need them to respond, such as a partner consultancy you have asked us to involve, or where the law requires it.

Pilot and trial data

Any provider data used in a pilot is covered by a separate written agreement covering scope, de-identification, storage and deletion. That agreement is made before any data is shared.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@careconnection.health. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
